First of all, as a working individual, your busy schedule get in the way which ultimately contributes to excuse after excuse why you cannot attend a gym. Furthermore, the resolution was a private decision . Therefore, it can be hard to find a friend who will be there for you and you for him or her.

Can selfies really help to turn an obese individual into a super motivated, super healthy, capable and enlightened individual?

Acts as a self-motivator
Selfie at a Gym can be a Fitspiration for weight loss. When one joins a gym in order to lose weight, one desires to see various body changes such as a well toned body and muscles. Apart from that, one would want to see that the hard work they are undertaking has results in the end.

Selfies while they have been used to document a person’s journey wherever they are, health enthusiasts believe that they can make a difference in the gym. While gyms have mirrors on the sides, a selfie captures a particular moment for a lifetime.

For men and women at the gym, they can get to capture a selfie of themselves after every workout, therefore, getting to know if they are losing weight or not. Women would want to know if they are finally having the waist they want while men would want to know whether they are achieving well toned muscles all over the body. Therefore, a selfie can act as a self-motivator especially if you don’t have a friend who will compliment you for achieving a certain weight loss goal.

Helps to encourage others
The majority of people who gain weight usually do so due to a life-changing phenomena such as a breakup or divorce. Emotional eating has been categorized as a disorder by physicians around the world and it has created several obese cases.

When one finally gathers the courage of losing weight by engaging in various exercises, they expect certain results in the end. Thanks to social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram, people can post selfies of their weight loss program.

Friends can get to see the pictures and it can help to encourage them also to start losing weight as you have done.

Pictures speak a thousand words and since a selfie is a picture too, it becomes a record of a certain part of your life. Each time you take a selfie in the gym, you get to store it in your phone or even the cloud in a private account.

Selfies act as great record of your progress from day one to the last day. This means that everytime you take your time to go through the pictures; you will be inclined to lose weight as you would not want to return to your former obese self.

This means that selfies can help to improve your life as they will motivate you to lead a healthy lifestyle always.

Makes you accountable
Every selfie you take be it of your waist or your whole body or even muscles on your arm and chest area allows you to be accountable to what you are doing. As said earlier, a selfie is a picture therefore, it speaks a thousand words all by itself.

Storing your picture in your computer, in your smart device and on your online cloud account will not only ensure that you have a record of the past you, but it will help you to be accountable of your lifestyle.

Are gym selfies hurtful?
Fitspiration shares traits with thinspiration
Thinspiration is a negative trend where people motivate each other to lead a life of being thin. This has been found to lead to disorders like anorexia. Fitspiration has been found to promote thinspiration, especially on social media platforms. Therefore, it could lead to a dangerous trend.
This can result in psychological distress in someone else especially if they choose to follow you on social media platform.

Final thoughts
Losing weight is a great strategy to ensure that you are able to lead a health life. Taking selfies is not only a motivational tool, but it allows you to be accountable of your lifestyle as well as helping to inspire others who follow you on social media.

How Does Acne Treatment Affect People of Color?

Acne is a condition that is characterized by inflamed pimples on the face. It is triggered by excess oil production in the skin. Acne affects all people irrespective of race or ethnicity. However, when it comes to treatment, people with darker skin tones have it hard. They suffer from numerous side effects which are rare in people with light skin tones. These side effects make the healing process a bit hard for people of color.

Acne Treatments and Side Effects
The treatment for acne used is the same for all people worldwide. The only difference is that people of color will experience side effects while the rest won't. Some of the side effects that people with dark skin tones experience include:

1. Dryness
Some of the areas where the treatment is applied may become dry. When this happens, the area may become lighter or darker than it was before. This will especially happen when you are using a drying acne medication. To counter this, ensure that you use a moisturizer often and cut back on how often you use the treatment.

2. Irritation
Some people will experience irritation on the skin. Some ingredients found in acne treatment, such as retinoid, may cause irritation if used in excess. If this is the case, discontinue the use and seek the services of a dermatologist. He/ she will recommend other better alternative.

3. Dark Spots
Although it is not a permanent condition, some people darker complexions may get dark spots as they use acne treatment. Skin discoloration may also result.

According to Dr. Joyce M Teng, an assistant professor of dermatology at the School of Medicine and Public Health at the University of Wisconsin, anxiety prior to the use of a treatment and excessive usage may trigger most of these side effects. Some of the products used will take time before they deliver. Give the treatment two to three months before you declare it unsuccessful.

Ways to Manage the Side Effects
To treat acne effectively, you will need to stick to the acne treatment. Since the side effects will still be there, you may use the methods below to manage them.

1. Slather you skin on a good moisturizer
As we have seen, one of the side effects of acne treatment is a drying effect. To curb this, you will need to use a moisturizer daily. If you have an oily skin, go for a moisturizer that is oil free. This will keep your skin moist and at the same time avoid the introduction of additional oil. Remember that what causes acne is excess oil production. If you introduce too much oil, then the condition may aggravate. The moisturizer will also help in reducing the irritation.

2. Clean the pores
Clogged pores worsen acne. As you shop for treatment, look for those products that have a non-comedogenic label on them. Such products will not clog your pores. Even the moisturizer you use should have a similar label.

3. Use a Foundation
A good foundation will be used to cover the scars and pimples. In addition, you will conceal skin discoloration that may have resulted. Look for one that offers extra coverage.

4. Use Azelaic Acid
Azelaic acid is a prescription topical used to lighten up dark spots. Post Inflammatory Hyper –pigmentation (dark spots/ patches) that majorly affect people with dark colors, will get reduce by azelaic acid in no time.

5. Have  A Chemical Peel
This option will work for people who want to speed up the healing process and at the same time minimize the side effects of the treatment. According to Dr. Teng, a light chemical peel should be performed every three to four weeks to make the treatment effective. You will notice great improvement in no time and you won’t need to use the treatment for long. If you are considering this option, work with a professional dermatologist who will help you through the process.

Important to note is that scarring will be experienced during the treatment. The scars will be much darker in people of color than for the rest. Work with a dermatologist who will recommend some prescription treatment to bring down the scarring. Don’t forget to stick to your skin regime and don’t be in a rush to try different treatment options.

Although acne treatment is the same for all people, it will have side effects on people of color. This may discourage them from using the treatment. Since acne won’t go away without treatment, there is thus need to adopt counter measures to reduce the intensity of these side effects. The methods stipulated above will help you through. Also, note that acne can be triggered by a number of conditions. To improve the treatment process, have the underlying condition(s) treated.

Eye Creams: The Dos and Don’ts That You Must Know

Your eyes form a very important part of your body. This is why you should always endeavor to be on top of your eye care routines in order to keep them fully functional. In addition, you should also ensure that the area surrounding them is equally in good shape if not better. This is because even if you have a 20/20 vision, no cataracts and definitely no macular degeneration, the area under your eyes can still paint you as unhealthy, tired or aged. Now, am sure you do not want to walk around looking like you are 95, hanged up and sickly, well at least not when you are going to show your face to the world. This is why you should invest in a good eye cream.

What is an eye cream?
These are beauty products that are specially made to eradicate the dryness, darkening, puffiness and wrinkling of the areas under your eyes. Now, this is one part that is easily prone to darkening and swelling and hence requires special attention as it functions as your front office. What did they tell you about first impressions?

However, before going out to purchase that heavenly eye cream, it is important to get acquainted with its dos and don’ts. This will help ensure that you get nothing but the very best out of the eye cream.
Let us start with what you should do

1.    Apply it gently
Unlike other parts of the face, this part is particularly susceptible to wrinkling. This is why you should softly massage the eye cream in order to avoid any pulling of the skin. This is because tugging will loosen the skin hence increasing the chance of wrinkles appearing.

2.    Give it time to sink in before you apply makeup
Now because you apply the eye cream before make up, it is prudent to let it first get absorbed in order to ensure your make up is all smooth. If the cream is not properly absorbed, you may end up with small heaps of the powder or concealer. Therefore, for it not to interfere with you makeup, it is important to first allow it to sink in.

3.    Refrigerate them for puffiness relief
At one point, you will wake up with swollen eyes. Either because you didn’t sleep well or you had taken one on the road the previous night. Now, with work or school just minutes away, you will have to get an instant solution. The good thing is that you can apply an eye cream that has been refrigerated to get those blood vessels back their original size and position in order to kill the puffiness.

Now that you are well versed with how to should choose eye creams for proper eye care let us now sink your teeth into the lines you should not cross.

1.    Never apply it with force
In the application of the cream, you should not be under whatever circumstance tug the skin. This is because this tugging and pulling can culminate in the formation of wrinkles. Aren’t you trying to get rid of wrinkles and other problems? So don’t make the situation worse: be gentle.

2.    Don’t apply heaps upon heaps
For some reason, you may be tempted to think that the cream’s effectiveness will be determined by the amount you use i.e. the more, the better. Nothing could be further from the truth. If anything, applying lots of it will only increase the risk of your eyes getting irritated. This is because the extra cream can easily creep into the eyes and cause irritation. Therefore, as tempting as it might be, use only a little cream.

3.    Don’t apply fragranced eye creams if your eyes are sensitive
According to research, the fragranced eye creams are more likely to cause eye irritation than their scent free counterparts. This is why you should try to go for the ones without fragrances in order to avert the risk of irritation.

When it comes to beauty and enhancing appearances, the eyes and areas surrounding them are overly important. This is because you do not want to turn up for a class, job or worse still an interview with puffy eyes and 100-kilogram eye bags in tow. I mean, how would people perceive you? This is why you should incorporate eye creams in your eye care routines in order to ensure that the area around your eyes is always on point. After purchasing the product, it is important to know what to do and what not to. It is in this regard that the points discussed above have been crafted: to enlighten you on how you should use eye creams for best results.

Avoiding Brain Fog with Provasil

Do you often find yourself in a state of confusion? Are you starting to forget little things - your grocery list, the title of a movie you have recently seen, or your car keys? Are you becoming increasingly fuzzy-headed, unable to think clearly? If you find yourself confused at times and lacking clarity and focus, then you must be suffering brain fog. Having a foggy brain can be frustrating - not to mention scary - which is why Cognetix Labs has come up with Provasil, a supplement that promotes mental agility.

The Foggy Brain

ProvasilBrain fog is a general term that refers to mental confusion that can come in many forms: forgetfulness, inability to focus, lack of clarity and reduced mental acuity. Also known as mental fatigue, brain fog can refer to episodes of mental confusion that can range from the mild to the severe. The worst part is that brain fog strikes without warning. One moment you forget which part of the huge mall parking lot you left your car in; the next you completely fail to remember that you are not supposed to be in the mall because you have a scheduled appointment with your doctor.

While having mental lapses every now and then is normal, you should not take brain fog episodes sitting down. You must get to the root cause and address them before they start taking over your professional and personal life.

What causes brain fog?

There are many factors that contribute to having a foggy brain. Solving your brain fatigue issues starts with knowing exactly what causes it. Here are some of the most common causes:

1. Diet. To function optimally, the brain needs complex carbohydrates, proteins and healthy fats. However, most diets today emphasize low-fat diets with foodstuffs that are supposedly "healthy" but are, indeed, mostly processed and high in sugar. Processed food - full of preservatives like MSG - is the enemy of a healthy and happy brain because these additives contain neurotoxins that cause not just brain fog but also mood swings and anxiety. Brain fog can also be caused by some food allergies and intolerances, mainly from gluten, soy and dairy.

2. Sleep issues. Aside from adequate nutrition, the brain also needs enough sleep and rest to function properly. Not getting enough sleep causes low creativity, inattention and impaired judgment. People naturally lose brain cells every day, and uninterrupted sleep allows the creation of new brain cells. If you are feeling fuzzy and unable to focus, check your sleeping patterns. Your brain might not be getting the amount and quality of sleep it needs.

3. Stress. Stress put a strain on the brain, which in turn causes depression, anxiety, poor decision making, memory loss and even insomnia. High levels of stress can also lead to conditions like Alzheimer's diseases and dementia.

Avoiding Brain Fog with Provasil

Brain fog may be temporary, but it can also persist for years. The condition can be debilitating, so if you are experiencing more and more episodes of haziness, you need to see your doctor so he can rule out dementia and other brain-related illnesses.

You can avoid brain fog through exercise, enough sleep and proper nutrition. However, these alone might not be able to help clear your mind, especially if you are starting to age. Fortunately there's Provasil, a powerful blend of nutrients and herbal extracts that are proven to improve your focus, boost your memory and get your mental ability back in shape.

Who says you have to suffer? Lift that fog with the Provasil formulation and get back into the swing of things.

#1 Castor oil + carrots
If you believe that carrots are only good for the health of your eyes, think again. In fact, carrots are often used for the making of eyelash growth products, thanks to their beneficial properties. So, if you are looking to stimulate the growth of the eyelashes, you can prepare a mask by mixing castor oil with carrot juice (in equal parts). You can maintain the application for about an hour or until you no longer feel comfortable. When done, rinse it off with lukewarm water and pat it dry. Avoid rubbing your eyes excessively, as you might do more harm than good.

We have often heard about aloe vera being recommended for a wide range of health problems. The application can be maintained at the level of the eyelashes for about an hour or until it no longer feels comfortable. As soon as you are done, rinse it off with lukewarm water and pat your eyelashes dry. Always remember that aloe vera has hydrating properties, so it will also prevent your eyelashes from falling off.

Caring for Oily Skin at Home with Solvaderm

Oily skin affects people of all ages, not just teenagers. You may be suffering from the shiny skin throughout the day and you are wondering how to fix it. The good news is that there are plenty of things you can do at home to reduce your production of sebum (oil). You can also trust products that help keep excess oil at bay like Solvaderm’s line of products that are formulated for oily skin.

The first step in treating oily skin is keeping it clean and free from oil. You want to be sure you are cleansing your face twice daily followed by a toner and moisturizer. Be sure you do not skip the moisturizer. If you wear cosmetics, you want to choose products that are oil free and non-comedogenic that way the stuff you are putting on your face isn’t leading to, even more, oil!
Egg whites and lemon juice work really well to reduce oil on your face. You can apply both alone or together to your face – just a few minutes is all you need.

Yogurt is a great way to reduce oil production as it contains lactic acid and will absorb excess oil naturally and gently. Milk also works well and can be applied to your skin for a few minutes every week.

Tomatoes work really well and are naturally clarifying. Simply cut a tomato in half and rub it on your face. Leave it on for about 10 to 15 minutes and wash off with cool water followed by your moisturizer.

Aloe vera is a natural antimicrobial and it works excellently to remove excess oil from the skin. Simply cut an aloe vera leaf in half and apply the gel to your skin and let dry. You can leave it on as long as you would like. You can also mix aloe vera gel with honey and the honey will work to moisturize the skin while also providing the benefits from the aloe.

The tips above are great to use at home weekly but great skin comes with daily habit changes. Treating oily skin with the right skin care routine is essential. You want to make sure you are using a gentle cleanser and avoid anything with harsh chemicals as they can cause your skin to produce even more oil. Select products that contain ingredients like salicylic acid, glycolic acid, or beta-hydroxy acids which can help cut oil production while keeping breakouts at bay. You always want to finish with a mild toner that has been formulated for oil skin. Lastly, treat any other condition you may have with the appropriate skin treatment.

Be sure to consult with your skin care professional if you feel like you need extra help with treating your oily skin. Solvaderm’s full line of oily skin care products are designed to reduce oil production, soothe irritated skin, and moisturize your skin to help keep your skin looking and feeling its best. You don’t have to suffer with oily skin any longer.

How Progesteril Prevent Menopause Symptoms?

Today am going to base my post on a study that gives some not so good news. According to a study led by Nancy Avis, a professor in health policy and social sciences at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, US, women experiencing menopause may have the uncomfortable symptoms for as long as 14 years!

The research that was conducted on what is described as a "large sample size" suggest that half of the women in the study experience the distressing symptoms - the hot flushes and sleep problems - for more than 7 years on average.

ProgesterilThis is very disheartening and I feel that a lot needs to be done to find new ways to help women at the menopause stage of life. Most of the ways available today are either ineffective or very expensive. We, women, are not well educated on the vasomotor symptoms - night sweats and hot flushes. We are not aware that these symptoms may last longer than we normally anticipate. Doctor Nancy says, "The 7 years duration spotlights the limitations of the usual guidance advocating short-term hormonal therapy and stresses the need to identify a safer long-term therapy for vasomotor symptoms."

Crunching the numbers
The study involved a sample size of 1,499 women (described by stakeholders as the largest study of its kind) who said they have frequent night sweating and hot flushes. The sample size was taken from four different ethnic groups - we are not going to stereotype today. According to Nancy, the average time women endured was 7 years and 3 months. Although have of the women experienced the undesirable symptoms for less than the 7 years, the other half had the symptoms for double this time.

Time to stereotype… on average, African-American and Hispanic women experienced the vasomotor symptoms for a longer period than whites and Asian. Is genetics in play here? Let's wait for the scientists to decide.

Another interesting find is that the hot flushes that started earlier lasted longer… I know pity women who experience early menopause (typically, having menopause before the age of 40). Those who got their menopause later, experienced shorter symptoms.

Again, women who started having the symptoms before their periods stopped were more likely to have the hot flushes years after the menopause as compared to women who started getting hot flushes after the periods stopped. In the study, an eight of the women began having the vasomotor symptoms while still having their regular periods. On the other hand, majority of the women began experiencing the hot flushes in perimenopause stage (this is the time period when the periods become scant but menopause has not fully set in).

I am not willing to continue discussing the study. So far, I have learnt something: a lot of women out there are suffering from undesirable symptoms of menopause. What is more sickening is that we have not empowered women well enough for them to deal with menopause. I can't imagine the quality of life someone who has had hot flushes for 7 years or more has.

Today I will review a product known as Progesteril menopause cream. You are wondering what makes it a menopause cream? What does Progesteril do? If you are going through menopause, I am sure you have established that menopause goes deeper than just missing your monthly periods. Menopause is characterized by hormonal imbalances that affect the quality of life of most women due to the undesirable side effects. Starting from low libido to psychological side effects that affect both physical and mental well-being.

But is this the end? Is there hope? For starters, menopause is permanent. Once your body stops producing the female hormones (or there's a significant decrease in the hormonal levels) you cannot reverse the change; but you can mitigate the harmful effects of the change. It is widely thought that you should learn to live with menopause. Well, that not true! Progesteril is an easy-to-use all-natural topical cream created using plant-based progesterone and oestrogen that ensures your hormonal levels are back to an optimum level and thus mitigates the troublesome menopause symptoms!

This doesn't mean that you get your periods or fertility back. No. it means that you will not be affected with most of the side effects of menopause; like night sweating, hot flushes, loss of mood, tiredness, reduced libido etc. the topical cream (by the way it is real kind on your clothes. It will not smear or stick on them) will ensure that you get your stress free life back (painless sex, uninterrupted sleep etc.). Progesteril costs as low as $39.99 from the official website (check shipping costs).

How to Prevent Arthritis Pain During the Freezing Winter Season?

You’ve probably heard of people who swear that during the winter their arthritis is far worse than it is at any other time of year. It may sound like a tall tale, but this is can actually be true for a lot of individuals who live with arthritis. The often find that their pain and stiffness in their bones and joints is far worse during the winter or that it flares up more often during this season. This is because the cold causes the joints and bones to lock up more dramatically due to the cold climate.

Many dancers pile on layers because the body is more flexible the warmer it is, but the cold has the opposite effect on the body. The cold and dreary climate also has the tendency to decrease the mood and heighten depression which can make people more susceptible to pain and discomfort. Although we don’t have any control over the weather, there are some things that you can do to help prevent pain during the winter.

1. Keep your home warm during the night
As we have already discussed in this article, heat plays a crucial role in why people tend to experience a higher amount of arthritis pain during the winter months. You need to make sure that you stay in a warm environment throughout the entirety of the day but especially during the night. The night time is when many people have a build up of arthritis pain because they are lying still for hours on end. If you get around six hours of sleep per night that is six hours that you aren’t moving your joints and bones. You will have a lesser chance of waking up with a large amount of stiffness in the morning if you keep your home during the night. A lot of people don’t sleep with the heat on at night, but you can put it on a low setting so that the heat is at least somewhat constant through the night. Or add some extra heat to your room with a space heater before you go to sleep.

2. Pile on the layers
During this time of year you need to make sure that you are dressing appropriately. You need to be wearing layers that are helping to retain the heat in your body. This doesn’t just mean scarves and hats. You should be piling on the layers to insulate the parts of your body that you usually experience pain and stiffness. If your pain is primarily in your hands, then you should wear gloves anytime that you outside. Gloves that are lined with real or synthetic fur will be a good option for you. If your arthritis pain hits you in your arms and legs, then wear warm sweaters and you can even put on warm layers underneath your slacks when you go to work.

3. Continue treatments
You should stay vigilant when it comes to your treatment of your arthritis pain. Depending on the types of joint pain that you have the joint pain treatments vary. However, if you are taking pills or supplements, you should continue your regimen. If you are using joint pain creams you may find that you need to apply them more often or more generously. You can also try using a heating pad on the areas that you have discomfort when you get home at night and have a minute to rest.

4. Stay active
If you find it difficult to keep up with your fitness goals during the winter, then you are not alone. When it is cold and bitter outside the last thing that you want to do is go out into the cold to workout. It can be so tempting to chill out on the couch after work or get a few extra hours of sleep instead of waking up in the morning to workout. However, it is so important that you stay active on a regular basis if you want to prevent and lessen arthritis pain during the winter. Your bones and joints are already going to be more stiff than usual. If you don’t take the time to get out to the gym or to your local park for a light workout.

5. Continue to eat a healthy diet
You must continue to eat a balanced during the wintertime. The many holidays that occur during the winter season can throw you off of your health eating habits but you must dedicate. You need plenty of water, minerals, calcium, and amino acids in order to maintain the health of your bones, joints, and tendons. Excess weight is also a factor that worsens arthritis.

In Conclusion
You may have experienced many winters of terrible arthritis pain. However, by using these tips, this winter will be a much more pleasant time for you.

Eat To Say Goodbye to Pimples and Acne

Often, you will hear people say that you are what you eat. This is in fact ,true. If you look at most people, their physical attributes and health are greatly affected by what they eat. Height and color excluded of course. Your skin especially will be greatly affected by what you eat. The healthier you eat, the more radiant it becomes. However, if you have a skin condition, this may not apply. It is one thing to eat to stay healthy and another to eat to have a clear skin.  Thus, for some conditions, you need to see the doctor to have them checked.

Controlling Acne through Food
Important to note is that there are those skin conditions that can be prevented and controlled through food. Such conditions are acne and pimples.  Acne occurs when the skin’s pores are clogged by oil and dead skin cells. It can be triggered by a number of factors such as hormones, heredity or excess oil production. Some of the foods that prevent and cure acne include:

1. Green Vegetables  e.g. Spinach
Green vegetables will really help you fight the acne. Of these vegetables, spinach takes the lead as the best vegetable you should incorporate in your diet for a clear skin. It contains chlorophyll, an essential ingredient used to clear the blood stream and digestive system off toxic elements and bacteria. The toxic elements and bacteria comprise the waste that builds up in the body, triggering acne. In addition, it is a good source of vitamin A, which acts as an anti-acne agent. This way it is able to help the skin stay acne free. The good thing is it’s a sweet food and can be easily incorporated in meals.

2. Whole Grains
Taking whole grains has been shown to improve your health. Well, as it turns out, it will also help you have a clear skin tone. A study by the American Journal of Nutrition showed that by taking whole grains, you prevent most skin breakouts such as acne.

3. Omega 3 Fatty Acids
Acne causes inflammation. You can ease this inflammation by consuming more omega 3 rich foods. They include fish such as salmon, flax seeds, almonds and walnuts. I need not mention that omega-3 fatty acids will be important in keeping your brain healthy.

Apart from food, there are also other ingredients that you can apply on your face for treatment of acne and reduction of pimples. They include:

1. Apple Cider vinegar
This magical item will kill the bacteria that trigger acne. Another thing, with its alkalinity properties, it balances the pH of the skin, creating an environment where bacteria can’t thrive. Just like lemon juice, it dries up excess oil on the skin. In this case, you should take care to ensure it does not dry up the skin way too much. Make a mixture of apple cider vinegar and water in the ratio of 1:3. Using a cotton ball, apply the mixture on the acne and blemishes.  Ensure the face is clean and leave the mixture on for about ten minutes. Rinse your face afterward and apply a moisturizer.

2. Papaya Scrub
The reason why most beauty products will contain papaya in them is because this ingredient removes excess lipids and dead skin cell on the surface of the skin. In so doing, the skin becomes soft and smooth. It also reduces inflammation and prevents the formation of pus. Smash the fresh of a papaya into a paste that can be applied on the skin. Clean the skin and apply the paste. Let it seep in for about twenty minutes when you should rinse off with lukewarm water. Apply a moisturizer afterwards. There are other scrubs that you can use such as honey and milk scrub; egg whites scrub etc.
