Orange Triad Customer Reviews

I have been on OT for a little over a month and so far it's been fine. I guess the vitamin part is working as I haven't gotten sick. The joint support seems to work. I've had rotator cuff issues during and after workouts, but lately it hasn't been an issue. However, I had to take three weeks off from the gym just before using OT, so I don't know if it's the OT or the rest period. Maybe both? The digestive part seems to work. It doesn't act like a laxative, but it does seem to keep me regular. I have also noticed the lack of stomach pains I'd get after eating certain foods, so maybe OT is helping in that too. I have noticed I have had to urinate way more after starting these. Maybe it's the amount of water I have to drink while taking these.

The pills are a little large and almost always get stuck in my throat due to the coating on the vitamins. The coating initially gets tacky when wet. If I don't take them with food I have to gulp water to push them down. They also leave this weird perfume taste in your mouth. Also taking 6 per day, 42 per week, is a little off-putting, but I've kinda gotten used to it.

Overall, they're good. I'm not certain I'll buy another bottle, tho. I may go back to Opti-Men and see if any benefits of OT dissipate to get a good gauge on effectiveness. But if you're interested in taking them, they're certainly worth a try.

These vitamins carry a cancer warning (CA prop 65) on the label. The company's site states that this is a blanket warning and will be required by all supplements in the future. However, I contacted an associate/manufacturer in the supplement industry and they stated they never heard of this and looked into it further for me.

The feedback I received was that there has to be something in the supplement itself to warrant having this warning on it.

I'm not ingesting a food/supplement with a cancer label/warning on it. Really stinks I can't return this.

Bottom Line

Orange Triad is a product from a good company which has expanded its market by providing a large variety of products. But still it lack clinical studies to proof its worth and the product can lead to major side effects.

    1. Just 2 pills, twice a day, seems quite sufficient for my needs and makes the bottle last more than 2 months!

    3. Has this stuff ever worked for anyone? Seriously. It did absolutely nothing to treat or even alleviate the pain from my back.

    4. Optimen has cyanocobalamin as b12, a horrible chemical that over time release cyanide. I am looking for a multivitamin with hydroxocobalamin instead..

  7. I have been using this product for about couple of weeks but I have not noticed any change in the way my shoulder feels. Perhaps my shoulder pain is not caused by anything this product would help. I will try a different brand next time but they all may be the same.

  9. Still, I have to give the product more time to test results but doesn't seem too bad as of now... Only con I would say 2 weeks in is that you have to take too many pills on the daily dosage.

  10. Orange triad gave me weird side effects that i never had from any other multi vitamin. While taking OT i found myself always thirsty and dehydrated (the label says to consume 1 to 2 gallons a day) which is an extreme requirement for a multi, i would understand if this was something like creatine. Also, there are chemicals in OT that warrant the prop 65 warning that would cause cancer, go look at a gnc multi or centrum or 1 a day there is no cancer warning. While i took OT, i also felt slightly dizzy and fatigued at times, i made sure to drink a gallon of water and i work out 5 days a week. I have no medical conditions and took the recommended 2 x 2 x 2 dosage, i even cut back to 4 a day one day with similar side effects. This multi vitamin is also hard on the kidneys and liver and i definitely felt off while taking these vitamins. Please do yourself a favor and use any other brand, optimum nutrition, GNC, etc, ive tried them all and never had the negative side effects i have had with orange triad. If i had to guess, some of the vitamin forms are hard on the kidneys and can cause some negative reactions on the nervous system due to the type of chemicals and amounts. Some bodybuilders praise this vitamin, but are also on crazy other supplements that cause even worse side effects and either dont care or dont notice the OT side effects. I am very in tuned with my body and while not allergic to anything specific, notice when something is off with my body. Not bashing controlled labs, but this supplement is not for me, use orange triad with caution, you dont want to have kidney failure or liver disease in 5 to 10 years over a stupid multivitamin.
