I have been taking Digest it for a week now and I am up to the maximum dose of 6 capsules in 24 hrs. Nothing is happening till now. A simple laxative could have done a better job than this. You are lucky if you will once in a day, have a normal movement with this product.
ReplyDeleteI am using 'Digest It' from last 2 weeks and the effect is only like a mild laxative. I think the ingredients used in this product are not effective or they are not in good proportion. I have chronic disease that causes chronic problems in my digestive system. I am not advocating this for everyone. I think people need to try different products and see what works for them? I had tried many products that did nothing for me. Now, I am going back to my natural routine of cleansing.
